“Dr. Gentry and his office staff are professional, and extremely competent as a dentistry practice. My hygienist was Courtney, and she was thorough and very considerate of some of my "issues' with cleanings. Previously, I was told by one of the "big dental chains" that I had periodontal disease and that I would need periodontal maintenance cleaning for the rest of my life and at a very high price I might add. I had never been told that before and go to the dentist at least twice a year. Dr. Gentry confirmed that I did not have periodontal disease. I was so thankful for an honest, skilled and highly experienced dentist, (of over 30 years) after my last trip to the dentist. And Gentry Dentistry was the 3rd dentist I had seen since my knee replacement surgery, and none of them even asked about or required antibiotics before the cleaning, (even though I listed it on the new patient forms for medical history). Dr. Gentry's office made the extra effort to call my surgeon, who confirmed that antibiotics were indeed required before cleanings for the first two years after surgery.
